To help families with younger children to take part in the Summer Reading Challenge, and to link in with the Swindon Summer Trails Challenge, and enjoy our beautiful parks, we have set up Story Trails at Coate Water and Lydiard Park.
Both trails start in the playgrounds and feature a family friendly walk through the parks.
The theme for the Lydiard Park Trail is imagination, with a beautiful choose your own adventure style story which allows families to shape their story.
The Coate Water Trail has a nature theme following the adventure of four adorable insect friends.
Each trail stop includes a map so you can easily find your way to the next stops.
