Council has preparations in place ahead of winter season

A team of eight drivers and eight gritting lorries are on standby should Swindon be hit by freezing temperatures over the coming months. Hodson Road improvements

From Monday, 11 November we will begin the ground investigation work for the embankment at Hodson Road (adjacent to the M4). This means that the road will be closed for three weeks and a diversion through Wroughton will be in operation. Access for residents and local businesses will be maintained at all times.
