21/51. Public recess.
8 members of the public. There was concern from residents on Hodson Road that plans had been put into place but there had yet to be a public consultation to include them and their views.
It was advised that there were currently no plans in place for changes/additions to the area and that the committee are at present looking at a variety of ideas to see what may work best. It was confirmed that as soon as anything substantial was in place the public near the site would be consulted.
There are also rumours of emails going around with the parish logo on it, but the council have no knowledge of what this could be.
It was advised that any plans put into place would also need SBC planning approval so this would provide another opportunity for consultation and views to be shared.

21/55. Discussion on using local landowners field to extend the current provision
A map of the area with the suggested land was reviewed along with the roughs sketch of a concept on how the land could be utilised.
Bio-diversity was discussed – the land would be moved from artificial farm land, to a large proportion of woodland which would have the effect of increasing bio-diversity.
The committee are to consider whether land further along, backing onto Draycot Road could also be site consideration?
The land in question is still viable but there were no votes or decisions made. Access needs to be considered.
21/56. Future of the current Pavilion.
It was reported that Chiseldon Football Club are happy with the provision currently. The committee was not in a position at this meeting to report on the future use/requirements of the pavilion.

There was nothing on the list that was viable for a sport provision. Item closed.
