5. Review and approve quote from WSBRC* for ecology assessment.

6. Review and approval final draft of Class F1 and F2 buildings document

7. Review and approval final draft of Non designated heritage asset list

8. Review and approval of final draft of open green spaces list

All documents to be emailed prior to the meeting.
