NHP Consultant Andrea Pellegram is attending the meeting and will talk through the items raised below.

  1. Review minutes from last meeting and offer any amendments to the minutes.
  2. Review and offer comments on latest NDP draft provided by Andrea.
  3. Agree that NHP will not refer to any site allocation in the emerging local plan
  4. Next steps to confirm:
    a. Finalise first draft of plan
    b. Sent a copy to SBC for SEA screening
    c. Contact Landowners for local green spaces
    d. Send a copy to the external environmental stakeholders for comment.
