The council voted to approve the draft Regulation 15 document at the 12th August 2024 Full Council meeting, and was submitted to Swindon Borough Council for examination.
SBC will ensure the plan has been created following the proper legal process. SBC will then publish the plan and arrange for independent examination and for the referendum to take place. Our consultant will write a “Basic Conditions” statement showing that the proposal meets each of the basic conditions.
Update: Regulation 15 has been successfully completed and the Parish Council will be meeting with Swindon Borough Council to discuss Regulation 16.
