Police Report for the period 1st – 30th January 2017
06/01/17 – Windmill Piece – Criminal Damage – unknown suspect has caused damage to a vehicle by removing and damaging the hub caps and scratching down one side.
08/01/17 – Station Road – Dwelling burglary – unknown suspect has attempted to break into the property by forcing the rear conservatory door. No entry gained.
15/01/17 – Castleview Road – Criminal Damage – report of suspect causing damage to telephone kiosk.
17/01/17 – Butts Road – Criminal Damage – vehicle parked at the location for three days. When they returned there was a note on windscreen asking them not to park it there and a deep scratch down the side of the vehicle with estimated damage to the value of £480. It is not possible to determine whether the two are related.
21/07/17 – Hodson Road – Road Traffic incident – driver has driven into the rear of a parked vehicle causing damage.
25/01/17 – Draycott Road – Dwelling burglary – two males seen on CCTV to approach the property and attempt to gain entry. No entry gained to the property and no damage caused. Suspect arrested.
28/01/17 – Norris Close – Dwelling burglary – two males have entered the property via the rear door and have told the elderly resident that they are Police. They left when the victim started to shout for help.
