SBC advises that “There have been recent increases in tick-borne infections nationally and regionally and while the risk to the public is low, the [information attached, produced by BANES] can used by the parish councils to raise awareness of ticks and tick-borne diseases with members of the public who are visiting and using their green spaces.”
