The Parish Council would like to confirm that there will be a review of the New Road build out, 3 months after installation. We will be analysing all data made available to us, which includes residents comments. After the review a recommendation will be sent back to Swindon Borough Council.

We’ve been advised that the road works will be suspended from 6 weeks from the Fairford Air Tattoo (8-10th July) into August, then resuming and carrying on until Dec 2016.
Volker Highways are aiming to finish the work on New Road next week. Currently the Borough Council are waiting for an order to be fulfilled by a supplier, at which point the work will commence.
