Our First Speed Indictor Device (SID)

Hodson Road improvements

Ground investigations for the failing embankment at Hodson Road started last Monday. Our contractors have been drilling boreholes and installing equipment that will enable the embankment to be monitored remotely. The road will be open later today (22 November).

Tree Assessments

Information – the trees that border Strouds Hill green area were assessed by SBC last week as they are their responsibility still. The elm trees are in good condition and assist with bank stability. Information Boards on the Railway Path

Hodson Road improvements

From Monday, 11 November we will begin the ground investigation work for the embankment at Hodson Road (adjacent to the M4). This means that the road will be closed for three weeks and a diversion through Wroughton will be in operation. Access for residents and local businesses will be maintained at all times.

Holy Cross Christmas Fair

Christmas craft, gift and cake fair at Holy Cross Church Hall 16th November at 2pm to 4pm. Refreshments including mulled wine and mince pies, tea, coffee and cakes.
