This is an information sharing opportunity, bringing together different areas of expertise to help Carers of those living with dementia. There will be speakers & presentations on topics which matter to you & your family alongside professionals, local businesses & organisations for you to chat to.
Care providers will also be on hand with organised entertainment for your loved one.
