It’s just 105 days until Christmas and staff at Swindon’s STEAM Museum are already jingling their bells.
The museum is preparing to host a number of elegant Christmas parties for businesses across Wiltshire this year.
Businesses can book their festive lunch, dinner or evening reception at STEAM and enjoy great food and first-class service. The theme of this year’s parties is James Bond – perfect if you like it ‘shaken, not stirred’.
Guests can expect the evening to start with canapés and drinks in the presence of the historic locomotive Caerphilly Castle, before enjoying a night of festivities in the historic setting of STEAM.
Ian Surtees, Income Generation Manager at STEAM, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming new and returning businesses to STEAM once again this yuletide season. Our Events Team organise each and every event on a bespoke basis, ensuring every business has the perfect end of year celebration.”
The Museum works in partnership with Swindon-based catering specialists Hospitality Services to offer a selection of delicious festive menus. People can choose from an exquisite three-course festive dinner, or a mouth-watering gala buffet.
John Simpson, Managing Director of Hospitality Services, said: “We’re now into our fourth year of Christmas parties at STEAM and they are proving more popular than ever. Our exclusive use policy means that you are assured of our undivided attention from start to finish.
“We have a reputation for providing high quality food and service with an attention to detail which we bring to all our events.”
The Museum’s Great Western Hall can provide a seated formal dinner and party night for up to 400 guests. Hawksworth Hall is also available for more intimate nights of up to 120 guests.
Exclusive party dates are available throughout December, plus there’s an added bonus of 10 per cent discount on bookings made for Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Prices for all events and parties are available on request. Call 01793 466613, email steamevents@swindon.gov.uk, or visit www.steam-museum.org.uk for more information.
