If you have a love of trees and a few hours to spare, we have the perfect volunteering opportunity for you.
Wiltshire Wildlife Trust is looking to establish a network of ‘tree wardens’ covering every parish throughout Swindon, as part of their partnership with the Council.
Whether you’re looking to get your hands in the earth and plant trees, raise awareness about trees in your local community, or simply be the eyes, ears, and voice for the trees down your street, you have what it takes to be a tree warden. No training or experience in tree management is needed.
The Wiltshire and Swindon Tree Warden scheme is coordinated by the Wiltshire Council Woodland Officer team. Email the team to find out more.
