d. Agree extra printing costs for residents who request a full paper copy posted to their address. See additional information.
e. Approve max spend of £165+VAT for extra documentation to be loaded onto our Website by Sanders Webworks – too much for their usual monthly hours.
Cllrs suggested the 6 week consultation period to start on Monday 8th January 2024 and to end on Sunday 18th February 2024, with delegated powers to the Clerk to adjust these dates if required.
