Citizens Advice write:
…we need new volunteers now more than ever to cope with the demand on our now predominantly telephone and email based service and for when we eventually return to our office as this demand is unlikely to lessen anytime soon.
It is also a great opportunity for people to learn new skills and potentially help with any isolation issues people may be feeling at present.
