Hello again everyone,

(It’s that time of year again!)

Thank you to those of you who have put your names forward so far for our up-and-coming events. As we draw nearer to Christmas, we have more events coming up, so I am adding more to the list as they come in. Please have a look through and let us know if you would like to raise funds for our Way Forward Appeal.

Where –         Nationwide Atrium (Inside)  Pipers Way

When –          Thurs 31^st Oct, Thurs 14^th Nov

Time –            09:00 – 15:00

Task –             Raise awareness of our Way Forward Appeal, sell raffle tickets and promote Santa v Rudolph Run

Where –         Tesco Ocotal Way (Inside)

When –          27^th Nov , 28^th Nov, 3^rd Dec, 10^th Dec, 17th Dec

Time –            11:00 – 16:30 (can be split into 2 shifts) on 3^rd Dec till 20:00

Task –             Raise awareness of our Way Forward Appeal, sell raffle tickets, and promote Santa v Rudolph Run (On 3^rd Dec, we are also doing a Knit & Natter for the Blanketeers/Knitters/Crocheters in the community room at Tesco too, this will be 14:00-16:00 and 18:00-20:00)

Where –         Asda Orbital (Inside)

When –          29^th Nov, 5^th Dec

Time –            11:00 – 16:30 (can be split into 2 shifts)

Task –             Raise awareness of our Way Forward Appeal, sell raffle tickets and promote Santa v Rudolph Run

Where –         Lydiard Park – Santa v Rudolph Run (Outside)

When –          8^th Dec

Time –            08:00 – !4:00

Task –            Representing Brighter Futures with a smile, Marshalling, Supporting with event registration

Where –        Town Gardens Enchanted Lights/Commonweal School Car Park (Outside)

When –         29^th Nov – 24^th Dec

Time –            16:30 – 20:00

Task –             Collecting money and directing cars into spaces, selling children’s lights

Where –         Ramsbury Brewery

When –          30^th Nov

Time –            10:30 – 16:00

Task –             Helping in Santa’s Workshop, Tombola, collecting money and directing cars into spaces, Helping with sleigh rides
